Red Enamel Cast Iron Griddle Frying Pan
This sturdy cast iron griddle pan is suitable for all types of hob cooking and makes healthy cooking easy and convenient. Now you can sizzle your steaks in confidence!
The cast iron cooking surface is ridged for chargrilling, giving your meat distinctive char lines. To aid healthy cooking, the fat drains to the bottom of the pan and out of contact with the meat. This fat can then be poured away easily via the pouring lips on both sides.
The outer surface of the griddle pan has a red enamel coating to enable even heat distribution and retention.
The hole in the handle gives you the choice of storing the pan in the cupboard or an a hanging hook. The griddle pan also has a helper handle to the front to aid lifting.
The pouring lips on either side make it easy to use for both left handed and right handed cooks.
The pan is pre-seasoned, however we recommend regular seasoning to preserve the item’s natural non-stick surface and aid longevity.
To season your griddle pan:
Heat the pan on the hob until it is smoking hot. Rub a little oil into the cooking surface with a cloth. Leave the pan to cool. Repeat several times.
Hand wash only
Not dishwasher safe. To clean your cast iron griddle pan, scrub the cooking surface with a stiff brush and dry completely. Do not use dishwashing liquid or detergent.
