How do I order with wido?

Browse the website using the horizontal menu at the top of the page, which is divided into departments for your convenience.

Choose which item you would like to purchase, enter the quantity in the box and click add to cart. Do this for all the products you wish to purchase. When you have finished making your selection, click on the basket at the top right. Your cart contents will pop out in a side menu. You can choose to view the contacts of your cart, continue shopping, or proceed to checkout by clicking the checkout button.

You will be prompted to enter your payment details for billing and shipping - please note that the billing details must be the same as those held by your card issuer. To proceed with your order, select your method of payment, fill out the payment details and confirm your order.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch/Maestro, Solo, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Android Pay and PayPal. Please be assured that all payments are secure.

I'm worried that my card details won't be secure - how can you ensure a safe transaction?

Any personal details entered into our website are processed securely using the very best in certificate security from Verisign. In addition our bank and payment providers provide full security protection. Our systems are checked hourly and we use a combination of security providers to ensure this. We do not hold any of your payment card details on our own systems, they are all securely processed through our bank. All card and Paypal payments pass through a number of rigorous card processing checks. In the case of suspicious behaviour, we work with a number of recognised fraud prevention agencies and analyse a number of customer details to ensure we are not receiving fraudulent orders.

When will my item be delivered?

Whatever item you are ordering we can guarantee next working day UK delivery on all orders placed by 15.00.

Some regions in the UK and overseas orders may take longer and be subject to additional transit charges.

How long is my guarantee?

All of our products come with a 1 year guarantee.

Furthermore, a free 2 year guarantee can be obtained on all items by registering your warranty within 30 days of receipt of the item.

You can do this online by submitting the Warranty Registration form.

Please note damage considered to be caused by wear and tear, willful or accidental damage is not included within the warranty.

What do I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If you have received an incorrect item that you did not order, contact us immediately by filling in our online form or by email to contact@widosupport.com so we can arrange to send you the correct item.

What do I do if I want to cancel my order?

In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. If you wish to do this you must inform us in writing. The quickest way to do this is by using our order cancellation form. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you are returning an item to us please ensure you package your item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the dispatch note that came with the parcel. Please detail on this dispatch note the reason for your return.

If you are returning the item because you have changed your mind, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt of the item, and we can offer collection, the cost of which is to be deducted from your re-imbursement, or you may arrange for an independent courier service to deliver to: wido Ltd, Returns Department, Unit 9 Glaisdale Parkway, Nottingham, NG8 4GP.

What do I do if my item is faulty or damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, in the first instance you should contact us by email contact@widosupport.com or via our online contact form.

Your personal widoer will be in contact to advise you further. They may require photographic or video evidence of the damage in order to process your claim.

Any items to be returned to us should be wrapped securely in the original packaging, long with the dispatch note that came with the parcel.

How long will it take to process my return?

We will process your return request within 30 days after receiving notice of cancellation. You will receive your refund via the same method that was used to make your purchased.

What are your opening hours?

We only trade online, so you are able to order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our offices are open Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
